Azizi Developments collaborates with Modern Gardens Landscaping for Riviera’s Phase 3

Through the signing, Azizi Developments is sourcing outdoor furniture and kids’ play equipment to enhance the lives of the families who will soon reside in the community

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has signed an agreement with Modern Gardens Landscaping to further enhance the outdoor areas and kids’ playgrounds in the third phase of Riviera, the developer’s master planned waterfront lifestyle community in MBR City. As part of the contract, Modern Gardens Landscaping will be enriching Riviera’s Phase 3 with swings, slides, seesaws, chess boards, seating, movie-night benches, litter bins, an outdoor and podium area and more.

Modern Gardens Landscaping is renowned for its distinct outdoor furniture and playground equipment. From its unique and stunning designs to its use of top-quality materials only, the landscaping solutions provider is among the most prominent, reliable, and skilled in the UAE.

In his comments, Mr Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “We continuously look for ways to further enhance the lives of our investors and end-users, with our signing with Modern Gardens Landscaping being the latest stride in that direction. We look forward to adding their comprehensive, high-quality outdoor furniture and children’s play equipment to Riviera’s Phase 3, granting residents more fun, comfort, convenience, and well-being. Many more announcements of further additions to Riviera, in line with our continuous pursuit of enriching the lifestyles of our valued customers and working with only the best-in-class suppliers, will follow in due course”.

Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio. It is a premium waterfront-lifestyle destination located in the heart of MBR City that is planned to comprise 71 mid-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences upon its completion, conveniently located in the midst of all the business, leisure, and retail hubs of the city.

Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space.

Recently, Azizi Developments announced the 2.7-kilometre-long swimmable crystal lagoon will be completed much sooner than expected, covering an area of over 130,026 square metres that will stretch across the entirety of the community. With stunning blue flooring, filled with more than 51.5 million gallons of crystal-clear, desalinated and clean water that residents can swim in, and easily accessible via its lagoon walk — which will also feature a vast variety of artisan eateries and boutiques — Azizi’s lagoon will be a bustling space where residents can enjoy strolls along the beach-like shores, sunbathe and cool off.

With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse — home of the Dubai World Cup — as well as Dubai’s most noteworthy points of interest, Riviera represents one of Azizi Developments’ most coveted projects.

Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery can be visited on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.

SEBA Bank rebrands to AMINA Bank and continues to write its success story

a fully licensed Swiss crypto bank, announced today its new brand identity: AMINA Bank AG. The group operates
globally from its regulated hubs in Zug, Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong, offering its clients traditional and crypto banking services.
SEBA Bank made history in 2019 by becoming one of the first FINMA-regulated institutions to provide crypto banking services. This rebrand marks a new chapter for the company, which has proudly been in operation for more than four years. AMINA Bank is inspired by the same trailblazing ambition to lead the way for its clients and to write its own future as a Swiss-
regulated crypto bank offering services to its traditional and crypto savvy clients around the globe. The name ‘AMINA’ stems from the term ‘transAMINAtion’, meaning transference of one compound to another. AMINA is a brand driven by perpetual change, bringing together the various ‘compounds’ of traditional, digital, and crypto banking to unlock new potential and
growth for our clients. This vision of change represents the transformation of our clients’ financial future. Franz Bergmueller, CEO of AMINA, said: “We are delighted to introduce the world to our new brand identity. While we say goodbye to the SEBA name, we remain forever proud of the achievements made by the group under the former brand. “Our brand signifies a new era in the company’s growth and strategy; we are a key player in crypto banking and are here to define the future of finance. With our client-focused approach, our years of traversing traditional and crypto finance, we offer a platform for investors to build
wealth safely and under the highest regulatory standards.” “We are grateful to be encouraged by our supportive and committed investors who have been very helpful, supporting the growth of the company. We thank our employees in all the regions
for their dedication and client focus. As we look forward to 2024, our ambition is to accelerate the growth of our strategic hubs in Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi, and to continue our global expansion, building on all the successes we have laid down over the past years.” Current clients of AMINA Bank (formerly SEBA Bank) will be unaffected by the rebrand other than encountering the new name; all operations will be business as usual across the board. The branch office based in Abu Dhabi and the subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Singapore will subsequently apply for a name change to align with the head office in Zug.
