Nagorno-Karabakh separatists say 20 killed in Monday fuel blast


Twenty people died in Monday’s fuel depot explosion in Nagorno-Karabakh, local officials said on Tuesday, as thousands fled the area after a successful Azerbaijani offensive.

The separatist government said in a statement that “13 unidentified bodies” had been found at the scene and seven more people died in hospital.
