Ukraine’s Zelenskyy moves to replace wartime defense minister
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sunday he would ask parliament this week to dismiss Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov and to replace him with Rustem Umerov, head of Ukraine’s main privatisation fund.
