At least 11 missing after fire erupts at disabled care center in France


Eleven people were missing after a fire broke out in a holiday home in Wintzenheim, in the north-east of France, local authorities said in a statement on Wednesday.
Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said the place was welcoming handicapped people.
