ABU DHABI, 22nd February, 2023 (WAM) – H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, visited
the16thInternational Defence Exhibition (IDEX), which is being held in Abu Dhabi from 20th to 24th February.
On the sidelines of IDEX, Sheikh Hazza met with Prabowo Subianto, Indonesian Minister of Defence, to discuss relations of cooperation and friendship.
Later, Sheikh Hazza toured several national and foreign pavilions, where he viewed latest defence and military innovations and systems
and future visions in the defence industries.
At the end of his tour, H.H. expressed his pride in the competitive edge that national companies and platforms have achieved, comparable to the level of the best international companies.
He said that he was satisfied with the great success of IDEX 2023, whether in terms of the volume of participation, the deals concluded or the quality of the products offered from all over the world.
