ABU DHABI, 14th February, 2023 (WAM) – The ADNEC Group has announced that STREIT Group, a leading armoured vehicle manufacturer, will be the Diamond Partner for the 16th International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) and the 7th Naval Defence Exhibition (NAVDEX) 2023, held under the patronage of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The events, organised in cooperation with the UAE Ministry of Defence, will take place from 20th-24th February 2023 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

IDEX and NAVDEX are the biggest events of their kind, attended by industry leaders, officials, decision-makers, ministers, and experts from around the globe. This year’s edition of IDEX also marks the 30th anniversary of its launch.
The exhibitions will feature new initiatives, including high-level roundtable dialogues with prominent intellectual leaders, IDEX Next Gen, a platform dedicated to startups, and the Innovation Track Tour to showcase the latest products and innovations in the defence and maritime defence sectors. Attendees can also participate in panels highlighting the latest developments in the sector and high-level discussions focusing on topics related to the global defence sector. Additionally, the events feature the History of Defence pavilion, an interactive exhibition highlighting the most important products and technologies employed in the sector.
