Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas says that Palestine holds the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for the killing of Al Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Akleh.

Palestine will not cooperate with Israel in a joint investigation into the incident as it believes Israeli forces committed the crime and cannot be trusted, Abbas added.
The perpetrators will be referred immidiately to the International Criminal Court, he said.
