NEW DELHI, 5th January, 2022 (WAM) — India has reported 58,097 new COVID-19 cases and 534 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said on Wednesday.
ANI quoted the ministry as saying that there are 2,135 Omicron cases in India so far.
With the recovery of 482,551 patients in the last 24 hours, the cumulative tally of COVID recovered patients, since the beginning of the pandemic, now stands at 34,321,803.
