US intelligence report finds ‘Havana Syndrome’ not caused by foreign adversary


A US intelligence review has found that the “Havana syndrome,” an ailment that has afflicted US diplomats and intelligence officers worldwide for years, did not result from the actions of a foreign adversary, the Washington Post reported on Wednesday, citing two intelligence officials familiar with the review.
