On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Canada's Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne has told FRANCE 24 that "all options are on the table" when it comes to sanctions on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine. He also detailed the country’s burgeoning electric vehicle industry, and how it will help secure supply chains.
