WIND: Moderate Northwesterly winds westward, and Easterly to Northeasterly over East and North of the country, freshening especially westward, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr.

SEA: Rough becoming moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea.

Saturday:

WEATHER: partly cloudy and low clouds will increase over the sea and some Western coastal areas – Temperature tend to slightly rise.

WIND: Slight to moderate Northwesterly winds westward, and Easterly to Northeasterly over East and North of the country, freshening at times westward, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 35 km/hr.

SEA: Slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.

Sunday:

WEATHER: Humid by morning with a probability of Mist formation over some internal areas – Fair to partly cloudy – Low cloud will appear over some coastal areas.

WIND: Slight to moderate Northwesterly to Northeasterly winds, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 30 km/hr.

SEA: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Monday:

WEATHER: Humid by morning with a probability of Fog or Mist formation over some internal and coastal areas especially westward – Fair to partly cloudy.

WIND: Slight to moderate Northwesterly to Northeasterly winds, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 30 km/hr.

SEA: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Tuesday:

WEATHER: Humid by morning with a chance of Fog or Mist formation over some internal and coastal areas especially westward – Fair to partly cloudy.

WIND: Slight to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 30 km/hr.

SEA: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah receives Ramadan well-wishers

RAS AL KHAIMAH, 24th March, 2023 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Friday received Ramadan well-wishers at Al Dhiyafa Majlis in Khozam area here.

He received the greetings of Sheikhs, senior officials and heads of local government departments as well as dignitaries and Emiratis, who prayed to Allah Almighty to revisit the fasting month with more goodness, progress, security, safety and prosperity for the UAE and its people.

The reception was attended by several top officials of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Fujairah Ruler receives Ramadan well-wishers

FUJAIRAH, 24th March, 2023 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, Friday received Ramadan well-wishers on the second day of the holy month, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah.

Sheikh Hamad accepted the greetings of Sheikhs, senior officials and heads of local government departments, as well as dignitaries, Emiratis and members of the Arab and foreign communities in the UAE who prayed to Allah Almighty to revisit the fasting month with more goodness, progress, security, safety and prosperity for the UAE and its people.

Muslim Council of Elders announces opening of registrations for 2nd edition of Emerging Peacemakers Forum

ABU DHABI, 24th March, 2023 (WAM) – The Muslim Council of Elders has announced the opening of registrations for the second edition of the Emerging Peacemakers Forum which will be held in Geneva, Switzerland from the 6th until the 14th of July 2023 in partnership with the Rose Castle Foundation and the World Council of Churches.

Commenting on the opening of registrations, the Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders Judge Mohamed Abdelsalam said, “This initiatives intends to train future leaders in the fields of promoting peace and the coexistence of different societies. The second edition of the Emerging Peacemakers Forum is also slated to focus on refining the skills of its participants while strengthening and developing their talents in the sectors of peacemaking, interfaith dialogue, coexistence and disseminating the values of human fraternity.”
